Personality Types C.G.Jung

PPS is an instrument for creating web based personal analysis with the properties:
rapid, short and precise, reliable and inexpensive.

PPS was built with people in mind who need to describe and interpret the personality of candidates or clients within a very short time.

The theoretical background of PPS is essentially based upon "The Psychological Types"
from Carl Gustav Jung.

Persönlichkeitsanalyse, personality tests, Persönlichkeitstest

A personality diagram is compiled within 15 minutes on the basis of a web based questionnaire of 40 questions, providing a general impression of the candidate's personality structure.

The result is a diagram showing up the relations between introversion, extraversion, rational and emotional disposition.

The diagram provides 8 Elementary Personality Types. PPS refines these types to 25 different personality profiles.

What information does PPS provide?

The personality profile describes someone's nature and disposition.

If the personality type corresponds to a specific standard environmental situation then a person's productivity is enhanced because his or her energies flow more easily and the general feeling is better.

What information PPS cannot provide?

PPS provides no data about professional qualification, intelligence and no information about a candidate's further character attitudes.

There is no good or bad profile! There are only profiles that fit better or less to a given standard environmental situation (such as job type, working environment etc.).
